Inside SAP Business One you will see this small yellow/gold arrow icon on many of the screens: 
The arrow indicates that you can “drill down” or see more information about the data it’s next to. Below are some screenshot examples of how it works.
Example 1: In this example on the Item Master Data > General Tab we see one yellow/gold arrow next to the Warranty Template. When clicked, it brings up the Contract Templates Setup window for the warranty selected.
Example 2: In this example on the Item Master Data > Purchasing Data Tab we see one yellow/gold arrow next to the Preferred Vendor. When clicked, it brings up the Business Partner Master Data for that vendor.
Example 3: In this example on the Item Master Data > Inventory Data Tab there are yellow/gold arrows next to the Warehouse numbers. When clicked, it brings up the Warehouse Setup Window for the selected warehouse.
