The purpose of the GoTo menu is to enable you to have access to reports, specific windows, and even fields within specific windows. Depending on which window you are currently on, you will see different options available in the GoTo menu.
Many of the options in the GoTo menu are also available in the context menu, which can be accessed by right clicking on most windows you have open.
