In SAP Business One there is a trick for quickly popping up the entire list of inventory items if you’re not sure the item name or number.
1) Inside SAP Modules Menu, navigate to: Inventory > Item Master Data
2) Once you have the Item Master Data screen pulled up, click your cursor into the Item No. field
3) Type an asterix (*) and press enter
4) A screen called List of Items will pop up, which contains all the active items in SAP Business One. By default they are sorted A-Z by Item Number. You will also find another search bar within this window
