You can use the Implementation Tasks window to perform a number of implementation tasks in SAP Business One.

To open this window, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose: Administration > System Initialization > Implementation Center > Implementation Tasks.

 

In the Implementation Tasks window, you can perform the following tasks:

Configure Company Settings
Choose this option to run the express configuration wizard, which guides you through the essential steps to configure company settings, such as accounting, inventory, business partners, sales and purchasing, backing, users, and so on.

Migrate Data from Legacy Systems
Choose this option to import data from third party systems using Microsoft Excel templates or Open Database Connectivity.

Note: To perform this implementation task, ensure you have Data Transfer Workbench from SAP. When you choose this implementation task, the application automatically locates and installs the tool. If the application cannot find the tool, you must manually install it before you can continue. Package a Pre-Configured Solution
Choose this option to package a pre-configured solution that you can later use to create a new company.

Note: To perform this implementation task, ensure you have Solution Packager from SAP. When you choose this implementation task, the application automatically locates and installs the tool. Copy Data Between Companies
Choose this option to copy data between two SAP Business One companies using Quick Copy.
