From the Server — Right click on the SAP Business One Service Manager

1. Choose the “SBO Mailer” Service

2. Uncheck “Start when operating system starts”

3. Press the “Stop” Button

4. Recheck “Start when operating system starts”

5. Press the “Play” Button

6. OK

Troubleshooting Notes:

• If all radio buttons are grayed out, restart the service using Task Manager Services > SBO Mail

o If Hung on “Starting” stop and restart

• When the Radio buttons have color, then go back to step 1 and repeat

Have someone test an email from SAP to ensure the Mailer is working
