Here’s how you run a report in SAP Business One so you can see what your top selling items are, either by quantity sold or dollar amount sold:
1) From the Modules tab navigate to: Modules > Sales – A/R > Sales Reports > Sales Analysis
2) Choose the Item Tab, Select the Invoice Radio Button, and Select the Dates that you want to review
3) After clicking OK the report will return the data you requested.
4) Now to see the top selling items by quantity, just double click and then double click the quantity Column (you will see a downward facing arrow) the items are now sorted by highest to lowest quantity.
5) To see the top selling items by dollar amount, just double click and then double click the Sales Amt Column (you will see a downward facing arrow) the items are now sorted by highest to lowest Sales Amt.
