Total Records Failed
Displays the total number of records that the application failed to copy to or from a file during the copy process. To display detailed information about the specific records that the application failed to copy, double-click the corresponding row in the table.

The application may fail to copy records for the following reasons:

  • You have no enabled the required functionality. For example, you try to copy bin locations without first enabling the bin locations functionality in SAP Business One.
  • You want to copy an object that depends on other objects, which do not exist in the target.
  • You want to copy branch records, but the target does not contain any free warehouses for the application to assign to the branches. This applies to only the Brazil localization.
  • You want to copy business partner records and assign the business partners to specific branches. However, the target does not contain users with the necessary authorizations to assign business partners to those branches. This applies to only the Brazil localization.

Total Records Not Copied
Displays the total number of records not copied to or from a file during the copy process. To display detailed information about the specific records not copied, double click the corresponding row in the table.

The application may not copy records for the following reasons:

  • You selected the Add New Records Without Updating Existing Records copy method, but the records you want to add already exist in the target.
  • You selected the Update Existing Records Without Adding New Records copy method, but the records you want to update do not exist in the target.
  • You selected the Delete All Records Then Add New Records copy method, but the records you want to delete are default records created by the application, for example account categories.
  •  You selected any of the copy methods, but the records you want to copy were automatically created by the application based on your actions. For example, if the application automatically created distribution rules after you created a cost center, then the application does not copy these distribution rules.
